Link broken or stream not working

 

Report it to us immediately - we are constantly checking the site links however sometimes the TV station providing the links is down or offline. Report a broken link here

 

Picture fuzzy or speckled

 

This is due to the TV station providing the feed, the Kbps (kilo bytes per second) may be low e.g. 45 kbps therefore the quality may not be so good.

Stream is reloads or stops and starts

 

This is due to the TV station providing the feed, the Kbps (kilo bytes per second) may be low e.g. 45 kbps therefore the quality may not be so good.

OR 

The internet connection you are using is to slow e.g. 128 kbps is our recommended minimum. If you are watching a steam that is 1000 kbps on a 128 kbps then expect it to stutter. You may want to upgrade to a new broadband plan.
